Składniki:
- 500 g fasoli "Piękny Jaś"
- 250 g wędzonego boczku
- 300 g kiełbasy
- 1 łyżeczka cukru
- 1 liść laurowy
- 2 ziarenka ziela angielskiego
- 3 łyżki koncentratu pomidorowego
- sól, świeżo mielony pieprz
- 1-2 ząbki czosnku
- 1 łyżeczka majeranku
- 1 łyżka smalcu lub masła
- 1 łyżka mąki
Fasolkę zalać wodą i odstawić na całą noc. Na drugi dzień odlać wodę, w której fasola się moczyła, zalać świeżą wodą i gotować do miękkości razem z liściem laurowym, zielem angielskim, pokrojonym boczkiem i kiełbasą. Gdy fasola będzie zupełnie miękka przypraw ja do smaku cukrem, solą pieprzem i majerankiem i dodaj koncentrat pomidorowy. Na patelni zasmaż mąkę na smalcu lub maśle, dodaj do fasolki oraz przypraw roztartym czosnkiem. Smacznego.
